Mass. CPM Leading the Way in Public Service

What does it mean to be a Leader in Public Service? Students explored their personal styles of leadership, the various theories on public service leadership, and emerging adaptive forms of leadership in the 21st century -- through a variety of exercises, book reviews, journal writings, and in class discussions.

POLI 590: Leadership Self-Awareness

This courses is designed to help leaders develop self-assessment skills and to use these skills for continuous improvement. Participants will learn about leadership models, tools for assessment, and management tools.
